To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a proof of purchase (such as an order number or invoice).

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened software or license keys.
  • Items that show signs of misuse, physical damage, or tampering.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

Restocking Fee

A 15-25% restocking fee may be applied to returns that are not due to our error (e.g., incorrect item ordered, change of mind)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
