At All 4 HDD, our commitment to quality extends beyond delivering reliable IT hardware it includes providing our customers with peace of mind through clear and fair warranty coverage, fully supported by All 4 HDD. Every product we sell is backed by a warranty that reflects its category, condition, and origin. Below is a complete breakdown of our warranty terms for each product type:

Brand New Products (3-Year Warranty)
We proudly supply only 100% genuine, factory-sealed, brand-new products. A 3-year warranty, fully covered by ALL 4 HDD, starts from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures protection against any manufacturer defects or hardware malfunctions under normal usage conditions. If a brand-new product develops an issue within the warranty period, we’ll assist with a replacement or repair based on availability and manufacturer support policies.
Used Original Products (1 Month – 1 Year Warranty)
Our used original inventory consists of thoroughly tested, authentic hardware that has seen previous use but remains fully functional. Depending on the specific item and its condition, these products come with a warranty of 1 month to 1 year, fully covered by ALL 4 HDD. The warranty period is clearly stated at the time of sale and covers hardware failure not caused by misuse, physical damage, or third-party tampering.
Refurbished Products (3 Months – 1 Year Warranty)
We offer professionally refurbished hardware that has been restored to full working condition and verified through stringent quality checks. These items come with a warranty of 3 months to 1 year, fully supported by ALL 4 HDD, depending on the model and refurbishing grade. Refurbished products are ideal for cost-conscious buyers seeking reliable performance with added assurance through our limited warranty support.
OEM Products (1 Month – 3 Months Warranty)
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products are often sold without retail packaging and are designed for system builders or replacement use. These items are fully functional and tested, and come with a 1 to 3-month warranty, fully covered by ALL 4 HDD. The exact warranty length will be specified at the time of sale and covers only manufacturer’s defects under normal installation and usage conditions.
Warranty Claims & Support
All warranty requests must be submitted to support@all4hdd.com with proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and guide you through the appropriate resolution, whether it’s a replacement, repair, or credit (if applicable). All warranty coverage is non-transferable and provided directly by ALL 4 HDD. Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
Exclusions & Limitations
Warranty coverage does not include:
- Physical or accidental damage
- Improper installation or misuse
- Damage caused by external factors (power surges, moisture, etc.)
